"Bars and Groceries."
Convent Plaza in Yonkers New York is a tiny strip of a pavement towered over by three story tall buildings of various functions. One thing that convent is close too is bars. There are three bars within a block of the street across lennon park. Also, plenty of local grocery stores.

"Very Pretty houses"
Coram drive in Bakersfield California has some of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen in California. And while there are still a few empty lots waiting to be snatched up by one of the three people who can afford such a house in these troubled times, it is still a very nice place to live.

Le france drive in Bakersfield California is a strip of pavement occupied by several good old boys, and ending (on it’s eastern side) into the wayside park and then the kern county fair grounds. It is hovever, completely separated from the amenities of modern life.

"Pretty but separated."
Kalmath Way in bakersfield California is a nicely tended and rather pretty suburb in a sort of a roundabout target that is very noticeable form satalite, as if saying to aliens “Land here” The problem with this whole town is that it in itself is a suburb, and as such entertainment is not anywhere near the houses.

"Golf and nice people."
sunny palms avenue in bakersfield California is one of those well kept suburbs that was the idol of the fifties. It’s kind people, and more importantly it’s proximity to the sundale golf course (which, might I add is one of the better courses I have ever played) make this a fantastic place to live.
Hahn Ave
"Angry people make for bad living."
Hahn avenue in Bakersfield ca is a place of half tended lawns and angry people who fight in the driveway. Maybe I visited at a bad time, but the impression I got from the three neighborly fights going on in one night was not a good one. On the upside, it’s next to a running track.
Courtleigh Dr
"suburban school life."
There’s always something nice about living next to a good school, and Courtleigh Drive in Bakersfield California has that nice school. There is an intense neighborhood watch here that keeps everyone safe and sound, and occasionally gets someone to mow their lawns, so this suburb is nice and trimmed. However, it’s a significant drive until you get to anything other than the safety of your home from here.
Brink Dr
"A windy road."
Brink Street in Bakersfield California is a tiny windy half of a street that did to me just what it’s name suggests, drove me to the brink in my time there. The people who live there are, (and this is strictly opinion) trashy. However the proximity to the freeway made it so I could get out easier.
Truxtun Ave
"An alright place."
B street in Bakersfield California has one of the strangest but simplest names ever. Though, if I lived there, I would always be jealous of the people who lived on a street. It’s a place with fairly well tended lawns and kind people who have dinner together and say hello every morning.

"Beautiful place to live."
Sunset Avenue in Bakersfield California is a patch of lushly gardened and beautiful houses. The people here are usually too stuck up to talk to their neighbors, and spend a lot of time inside of their houses. It’s near to California avenue which has almost everything one could want on it.
Palm St
"Neighborly and fun."
Palm street in Bakersfield California is a row of small houses and I really wouldn’t classify it as a suburb. There’s a great little church on the street, and a fantastically neighborly community. However, it is rather far away from anything worth one’s time like food and bars, other than parks, there are three parks near it.
Northwest 43rd Ave
"Mall goer's dream."
If you like shopping, then this is the place for you. If you live on the eastern side of the street, you can cross the bridge which is in you back yard, and go into the Launder Hill mall to satisfy all of your material needs. If not, the only plus of this street is that the water cools it off a little bit.
Northwest 17th Ct
"Cooling water, good people."
On seventeenth court, in pompano beach, there are a series of small semi bland apartment buildings. In the back yard of these buildings, is a blockish industrial shaped artificial lake. This lake contributes seriously in cooling the apartments down. Plus, against all reason, the people in this part of Pompano Beach are very cool, kind, caring individuals, making this neighborhood a stand alone in a horrible city.
Northwest 14th St
"Very cool apartments"
On forty ninth avenue, in pompano beach, as well as on the surrounding streets, there are a series of apartment buildings. These buildings are rather shabby in nature, but each block of them has a courtyard in the middle of the block. In this courtyard are artificial lakes, and a miniature park, and an Island, with a rec center. Very cool.
Northeast 27th St
"Boat in your back yard?"
I don't know if this is just me but, there's something very attractive to having a tributary to the ocean in your back yard, and being able to store a boat there, and then take it out on the ocean. That is the only real attraction of the street, but it’s almost good enough to live here.
Northeast 10th St
"Houses on the water, next to a golf course."
North East tenth street in Pompano beach California, as I know it) is a strip of houses that shoot out into the chanel. The back yard of every house merges with the dark water of the atlantic ocean, and everyone owns a boat of some kind, and not everyone has a pool, a rarity in Florida. Within walking distance to the west is the Pompano Beach Gold Course. This place is the redneck’s dream, golfing and fishing at your fingertips.
Northwest 45th Pl
"There's a park near."
There's a park nearby to this street, South East. You can walk there and get away from the endless rat race of Florida. It’s usually cool due to the canopy cover, and there’s a small lake that cools the air around it. There are small concrete paths that work their way through the dense foliage. The proximity to the park is the only good thing about North West fourty fifth place in Pompano Beach, Florida.
North West 82nd Dr
"The death of freedom."
Everyone has a pool in their back yard, everyone has a car in their garage, everyone has a tv, and a satellite, and sits inside and watches comedy shows instead of the news after dark. The sole mentality of this street, and this neighborhood are, go earn money, go drive to the mall and spend the money. Come back and show off the fruits of your labor. Individualism was murdered, and what’s left is Pompano Beach.
Southeast 7th Ave
"Worthless suburban lifestyle."
South East Seventh Avenue in Pompano Beach Florida is the pinnacle of bad suburbia. A mindless place of single story houses built as idols to their owner’s prosperities, while the owners don’t have the intelligence or creativity to be individual in any way, leaving all the houses basically the same, while seeking total individualism. A frustrating place.
Lee St
"Apartment fairly gorgeous."
Lee Street in Oakland California is a street of apartment buildings, and really does not lend itself to a very good vibe. But the trees are nice, and that makes the place more than bearable. It’s near to two hosipitals, and a slew of grocery stores, as well as Snow and Lakeside park.
Posen Ave
"For Highschool parents who like to be close."
Posen Ave skirts the campus of the Saint Mary's highschool, traveling right by it's baseball field. This is obviously a big attraction. To add to that, the neighborhood is safe, and very pretty, a well taken care of place. However, to get any food other than what the small coffee place on the other side of campus can give, you need to drive.
Euclid Ave
"Severe College Proximity."
Euclid avenue in Oakland California is a vibrant street that lets you know that it’s right by a college just from the way it looks. And, it just so happens, it’s right on the edge of the University of California Berkly Campus. Food and college life abounds, and most of everything you need is within walking distance.

Glen Avenue in Oakland California is a tiny little street with the neighborly feeling that every neighborhood near a school should have. The school is the duck’s nest preschool, which is located right next to the beautiful mountain View Cemetery, and the peidmound ave elementary, and about five other schools of varying grade level in the area. Choices are always nice.

"Respectable place to settle."
38th street in Oakland California is one of those streets where almost every house is two stories tall, and almost always pretty and painted vibrantly. The best part about the street is that it is a hop skip and a jump away from the mcarthur bart station, literally a five minute walk if you live at the farthest side of the street.

Brooklyn Avenue in Oakland California is a lot like a roller coaster, you find yourself changing altitude quite a bit on this short drive. It’s almost San Franciscan in nature, but not to the same extent. At the north western end of the road there is a local pizza place, and a quiki mart, to satisfy all of your food needs, and if you drive north to the Lake Shore Park area, there are even more bars, food places, and the rest of it to satisfy your needs.

Madeline street in Oakland California is a sweet neighborly community that embodies that Northern Californian feel exquisitely. It is sort of isolated in it’s own suburb way, but the suburb is right next to the heart of the diamond district which has all of the bars, grocery stores, and pizza places you would ever want.

36th Avenue in Oakland, California is a tiny strip of a street, mostly forgotten by the come and go of the major arteries of the city. The general vibe of the street is a sort of eclectic attempt at a neighborhood. There is a grocery place on the street, and a wonderful pizza place and another grocery around the corner on foothill.

"Homely, very homely."
Juniper street in richmond virginia is overhung with many tall trees, and has a very homey atmosphere, almost to the point of claustrophobia. It's rather close to 64, which often shatters it's homely attraction with the unpleasant shudder of big rigs, but it is close to food, and beautiful in the fall.

"The most awesome name."
Apart from having the most awesome name for a street ever, cool lane in richmond virginia is a road with small houses and large lawns. It's fairly close to grocery stores, but obnoxiously close to the 64, which could be interpreted as either good or bad. I didn't like it. However, for seeming so out of the way, the street is actually fairly close to downtown if you have a car.

"Out of the way."
This is a small street that feels empty. A lack of trees, and houses gives the place a sense of openness and almost peacefulness that is fairly attractive. However, despite it being out of the way, it's still close to food, and has all the amenities you could want, and is a short walk away from the grocery stores on williamsburg and government.

North 19th street is a road without too much on it. There's this big empty lot that takes up quite a bit of the street. However, what is on the street is very brick and fairly pretty. Food is close, and cheap. The nicest thing about this street is it's proximity to the center of the city, which is a very cool place with plenty to do.

This street runs right along side a school, and has the most homely and kind vibe. Decent amount of night life, but not enough to make the area seedy. Grocery stores and fast food to cover your food needs, in fact, a smattering of nice restaurants around the neighborhood. A beautiful and homely place to live.

Park Avenue in Richmond Virginia is a very long street, but the part of it that I lived on was a tightly packed cluster of beautiful little two story houses. The neighbors were alright, and there were grocery stores, and a fair number of bars and clubs around. I couldn’t complain.

W 43rd street in Richmond Virginia is a small woodsy little road with a row of some of the prettiest houses you will see in such a small homely neighborhood, It’s right next to forest hill park, which is a beautiful place. However, there isn’t much of anything else, other than some grocery stores and a gas station. The neighbors though are fantastic.

W 43rd street in Richmond Virginia is a small woodsy little road with some rusty tin roofed sheds, and some homely waist high chain linked fenced houses with nice yards on which branches from the overhanging trees fall, making them almost impossible to keep clean. It’s right next to forest hill park, which is a beautiful place. However, there isn’t much o anything else, other than some grocery stores and a gas station.

North Sherman Avenue is a typical suburban street, ugly, hot, and close to a mall. This has both it’s good and bad sides. The good sides being easy access to food and shopping. The down sides being that it’s well, ugly, loud (proximity to freeway,) and the fact that it’s suburbia.

Hollybank is in one of those housing districts that shell you up deep inside of it as if they never want you to leave again. It's beautiful there, and the people are relatively nice (although rather haughty,) but getting food or anything to do other than surf the internet and comment on how much your street sucks, takes gas and effort, neither of which I have.

"Beautiful and convenient place to live."
This is a beautiful street, that is just perfect to live on for anyone who wants that old colonial feel. The trees are thick, and the houses are elegant. Plus it's walking distance through a small patch of wilderness and friendly neighbor's back yards to the Arboretum Shopping Center. The food isn't much, but it's easy to get groceries or clothes. You need to drive to find nightlife unfortunately, but the drive to the nightlife is half of the fun of going to see nightlife in my opinion.

"A fine place to live for the materialistic."
This little driveway is a small street snaking between two circular Cul-de-sacs, which make it look very strange on google earth. However, it is within walking distance, and even more importantly, within short driving distance of the Carmel Commons Mall, which satisfied all of my material needs on a semi-weekly basis. Plus, nice neighbors who ask you over to dinner the first night you move in. I liked it here.

"Golf enthusiast's dream."
This tiny little road is sandwiched in between comstock and seaman drive, and is a pretty place to live with people who say "hello" to you on your way to work. It is pretty far separated from everything, but it is right next to the Revolution Park Golf course, which makes it more than worth my time to be able to walk a few minutes to do what I love best.
Justice Ave
"Wouldn't live here if I had a choice."
Justice Avenue is part of a trashy suburb, even if the houses are made out of brick. You're separated from everything and everyone, except for a small grocery store, which I like because all the clerks there are very sweet. The people are all mindless drones, go to work, come home, go to sleep. The highlight of living here is cheap DSL. I think that demonstrates how useless this place really is.
