"Cozy neighborhood with great amenities."

Those looking for housing at a reasonable price should probably mark off the sections closest to the Park. Park views are what breed expensive real estate. Abbey Pub is a fun find in the neighborhood and offers a true neighborhood bar feel. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, much like the rest of the neighborhood. It's a nice place to walk through and a nice area to consider moving to.

"West 105th Street"

The Upper West Side is generally less pretentious than other sections of the city, and do to it being "far away" from downtown, many restaurants here are not overrun and are larger in scale. I suggest Matisse or Carne for something interesting. I like this area, the access to the bike trail at Riverside and the Park to the east. It's a great location, and there are some great housing options!
