"one of the hilliest streets in staten island that rival san francisco!"

Just walking up the street will exhaust you . This has to be one of the highest upgrade streets on the island, but you can get a view of the jersey and manhattan sky line from here. The homes that occupy this street are hill top with unbeatable views also. The street level homes are more rundown and shady, in disrepair. Empty lots, and old neglected, abandoned vehicles dont help the cause either.
