"Busy thoroughfare, mostly retail"

This street has a direct on and off ramp from I-295. It is mostly retail with lots of restaurants and shopping areas. There are side street neighborhoods, and a few houses, but not very many directly on 103rd St. The local high school has had some issues, but is not one of the worst in the city. The street has moderate to heavy traffic, but can be safely crossed on foot in some areas.

adjfire This street is violent. Just two months ago a road incident took place where a man shot another driver fro getting to the light first. Stay away of you dont want to get mugged or murdered.
