"Nice area to live"
This area doesn't have all the fancy stores or close by malls, but it's a very nice and quiet area to live. The long island railroad is close by so is the #7 Train that takes you into Manhattan or Flushing,Queens. Parking here at night isn't bad either, most of the residents have parking drive ways so, they don't park on the street. There's a few apartment complex about 5 blocks area toward Roosevelt Ave. Across Queens Blvd there's office max and blockbuster video, getting on the express way is close as well. BQE which is 278 is about 2 blocks away. Everything is about 5 mins driving distance from car washes to food markets. This area is good for people that drive as well as those that don't. Rent is fare around this area compared to Elmhurst which is a few blocks away and a bit higher than Jackson Heights area but, I like this area as it feels much safer and much more quiet. Junior High school is about 6 blocks away for those that has kids.
