"Hard to find parking"

This area is so hard to find parking. I guess because of all the apartment complex, there never seems to be any space to park. You go around for 2 hours waiting for a spot and the sign says street cleaning at 7am so, you wake up the next morning to move your car and go around another 2 hours finding something. I like this area as rent is cheap and there's many small stores that you can quickly get what you need without driving far. You can simply walk actually. There's a few nice place to eat that wouldn't break your wallet, but the quality of food is not all there. From time to time you'll see guys that pass out flyers and calling out chica chica so, i'm not sure what they want. Rent went for about $600 for a one bedroom apartment heat included. That's pretty reasonable I think. The #7 train is within 10 mins walking distance so, it's pretty nice for people that walk in Manhattan to live here as well. I'm not so sure about the public schools here. I personally wouldn't like my kid to attend school in this neighborhood but that's just a preference.

"On 73rd Street"

73rd Street in Brooklyn is very similar to nearby streets, offering small businesses and friendly neighborhood fare. This street is like every other in the neighborhood, and I think that this is a great neighborhood to consider if you’ll be moving to Brooklyn. The metro train conveniently located on 70th Street at New Utrecht Avenue (D, M trains) keeping it connected to the heart of the city. I think that this a great street to live on!
