"Great place for getting to know people"

Biscayne Boulevard has so much to offer. There are excellent tanning salons, discount shopping outlets, and restaurants where you can go to socialize and meet people. All this and it is a short distance to the beach. It has high end expensive restaurants as well as dining that is more affordable. If you are looking to eat fancy, I would recommend Morton's Steakhouse.
