Has anyone stayed at Outpost at Brower House in Brooklyn recently?

Im interested in cleanliness, common areas, neighborhood safety, and how easy it is to get to Manhattan by public transport. Any firsthand feedback would be really helpful.

Yeah, I stayed there pretty recently (about a month ago).
Overall it was chill. The place was clean enough, not showroom clean, but definitely fine for shared living. Common areas were taken care of, kitchen wasnt a mess, and nothing felt gross or ignored.
The neighborhood felt okay to me. Its Brooklyn, so theres always stuff going on, but I never felt unsafe walking around, even later in the evening. Lots of food spots and stores close by.
Getting to Manhattan was easy. A couple subway options nearby, and I was usually in Manhattan in 30 mins depending on where I was going.
