I'm thinking about moving to Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy, what's the area like?

I've lived in Clinton Hill for 17 years and currently Bed Stuy for the past 3.5 yrs.
Clinton Hill is generally more expensive than Bedford Stuyvesant except where the borders meet, you will see similar pricing.
Both have access to parks, restaurants, shops and transportation. Clinton Hill is in between Bed Stuy and Fort Greene and Ft, Greene which has many restaurants as well. I always suggest apt seekers to spend time walking around prospective neighborhoods. If you have time bring a friend and stop by in the late evening to get a better feel of how comfortable you feel about a neighborhood. You can also visit the local precincts and/or view crime stats on line. I am a real estate agent and I show you apts in both neighborhoods. Text me at 646 580 2567
