"Smaller side street that is connected between two streets"

Dekay street is a smaller street that is connected at Davis and Regan ave. This street is mostly residential area with a lots of intersections along the way. There are smaller houses on this street with a small gas station and a small pizzeria attached to the gas station. There is hardly any traffic in this area even with the rush hour traffic or on weekends.
