"Pretty Much Empty"

There isn't much here under the Williamsburgh Bridge, though it is safer than it used to be. Parking spaces, cop cars, and cheap deli's are nearby. Access to the bridge (by bike or foot), the East River Park, or the rest of Delancey Street and the joys of the West are all easy to come upon. Watch out for crazy bikers coming off the bridge at high speeds. Wouldn't recommend it for living, unless you're looking for protection from the elements. Nice New York vibe though.
