"An Average Street to Travel Down"

E. 162nd Street goes from Melrose Avenue to Sherman Avenue. After passing Courtland Avenue, there is a large park on one side of the street. A very beautiful park.

Keep in mind that E. 162nd Street is a one-way street. This means the street starts out at Sherman Avenue and goes til Melrose Avenue.

E. 162nd Street has a mixed bag from a few commercial places to mostly residential buildings. It is neither a decent place to live nor a bad place. It is according to taste.

"Smaller street closer to the subways"

E 162nd street is a smaller street which is a great back road to large E 161st street and Grant Ave. This street is close to the station, and is mostly residential with several smaller corner stores near the street. This street is mostly quiet, however there are events on this road that close this road for hours at a time.
