"Dirty Area at Park Avenue"

Most of East 179th Street is made up of apartment buildings with a few stores along the way. But the area at Park Avenue is filthy and unsafe. Apparently they are doing construction work. Whatever it is, the area is not safe looking, dirty, and I would strongly suggest you stay away from there.
