"Great vibe, lots of bang for the buck!"

I’m very familiar with the street. I actually lived two streets north of it a few years back…as a renter. I could not afford to buy in the area at the time but subsequently made it happen. The street and neighborhood has a great air of community about it. Everyone seems to know everyone. All of the neighbors are exceptionally good about keeping an eye on each other’s property which is very reassuring… Also, the neighbors do a great job of keeping up their houses which has, over the past few years, been a great thing in terms of increasing home values even as the market has taken a turn for the worst.
