"Nice street for commuters or familys."

This street is a two lane either directon road that cuts its way through trees and corporations. Gate prkwy is home to mostly people commuting to work but also has many apartments nestled along its sides. Gate prkwy is also a quick way to get to the town center mall from Southside Blvd.

"Very nice area"

Gate Parkway is a very nice are. In fact, it is where I would like to move. The apartments, shopping, and restaurants are all top of the line. Obviously that means that rent is not cheap, but it is worth it! The new St. John’s Town Center is located just off Gate. This outdoor mall is AMAZING!

"Absolutly great area"

I don't live off of Gate Parkway directly but I have lived off of a street right next to it for nearly two years now. It is a great area. The rent can get a little pricey but it is well worth it to live in such a great area. About every community that is off of this street is great to live in. The shopping and restaurants are amazing. People in their 20s-30s should definetly look into living here.
