"One of the best streets in the neighborhood."
While the lot sizes are a bit on the small side - the big advantage of this street is that it is not a through street, which means very little traffic. The homes date from the 20's and 30's, and most are in very good condition and well maintained. The oldest oak trees are starting to die off, but live oaks planted five or so years ago are starting to become established. Location is close to downtown, I-10 and 95, hospitals and NAS Jax. Decent shopping for basics available at Publix supermarkets. Lowes, Home Depot, and Target. For better shopping for clothes and such, expect to drive to another part of town. Lots of very good non-chain restaurants in the area.
