"Smaller street give access to the beaches."

This street is a smaller street located near the 163rd street and Biscayne blvd. This street gives you access to the beach as well as a no toll when it comes to paying to get on to the beach. Until recently this road was under construction and was only one line and is widen to two lanes. This road is a usually quiet and is mostly filled with condos lined along this street.
