"125th st. is great for multi-culture"

This area is also known as little Haiti. If you want to get a well rounded flavor for not just South Beach, but Miami in general, stop in some of the local stores. Taste the creole cuisine and mingle with the locals. This is not an affluent area but it sure is a lot of fun to visit.
