"Modern architecture at its best"

Some of the modern architecture in Perry Street is truly jaw dropping yet it manages to blend in well with the traditional elements of the area. The truly cutting edge living areas are probably well out of reach for most peoples finances but taking a stroll along Perry Street and imagining what it would be like to live there is a fantastic past time and can give you some great ideas.

"Good living in a great neighborhood."

Perry Street offers great residential living in beautiful old buildings. The brownstones and buildings offer a lot of light and great living accommodations and it is close to some amazing stops. Magnolia Bakery is just a block or so north and the 1 services the area at Christopher Street. For a bit of nightlife Christopher Street and Charles Street just south of Perry offer great bars and lounges.

"The odd duck out."

Perry Street is the odd one out in the neighborhood. It is quiet and quaint with beautiful residential buildings, however just a few yards away, or a street over, the hustle of the city returns. It is close to Bleeker St. which has a solid night life as well as Hudson Street. It is a nice combination of the quiet everyone seems to desire and the entertainment and atmosphere that most move to New York City for.
