Does Poughkeepsie have "alternate side" parking rules for street cleaning?

So they say, they literally sweep ONLY ONCE a month for 6 months out of the year. So anyone with common sense knows its a scam to collect revenue on tickets. They rip off their citizens for revenues. I even got a ticket for moving my car "too early" which was only a few hours because I had been up a earlier than usually that morning. I want to start a petition to get rid of this bullshit because based on the frequency of the sweeping, it is absolutely ridiculous to have alternate side parking change everyday.
