Shadows on the Hudson is a Steakhouse and seafood place considered to be a "premiere waterfront dining" option. It sits on a forty foot cliff above the Hudson River and has magnificent views of the Mid-Hudson Bridge and the river. It has five different dining rooms with different decors. There is also Crave Restaurant and Lounge which has seasonal and regionally-inspired fare and an attractive decor. The chefs are both alumni of the CIA. The Artist's Palate is another good choice with its sophiticated ambience and exquisite offerings such as the lobster mac and cheese and revolving art exhibitions adorning the space.
