"a combination of rural nature and sophistication"

We moved to Chappaqua from the center of a large European megapolis. I have never lived in any environment with so many trees. and our daughter was only 10. We promised her that she will have a dog when we will live in a house, not apartment, and she agreed:).
Chappaqua is truly a combination of many qualities, we love the community, eclectic charm of an architectural mixture of houses styles, quietness and yet close proximity to great restaurants in surrounding Mount Kisco and Pleasantville, the sophistication of our residents - lovers of outdoors, arts, sports. Highly academically rated school district is another gem. We also have the biggest parking lot in Westchester county! As well as express train is only one stop which takes you to Grand Central within just 47 minutes.

Come and check Chappaqua!

"Why Chappaqua is home to me!"

We moved out from NYC in 2010 when our son was just turning two, and it was the best decision we have ever made! No looking back here! Both my husband and I wanted our child to be afforded the opportunity of receiving a private school education with the benefit of using a public school system.
Chappaqua has surpassed any expectations we had! Our son reaps the benefits of the town with all its local charm, lush greenery, and lovely people. People here are just plain nice, socially conscious, neighborly, and overall invested in the community. What is better than that?

"Great schools and lawns to play on..."

Nice town, with wealth and intelligence. Many say there is a lack of diversity.. but I disagree. My daughter's graduating class is made up of people from many cultures and races. Her two best friends are Indian and Chinese. The restaurants locally are welcoming and delicious, near a wonderful hospital, highways, shopping in Kisco and many parks
