"Centrally located to Tampa's nightlife"

While the neighborhood is not very large, it does contain large homes on large lots. The streets are tree lined and the homes in many parts seem to sit up higher than the street itself, which gives a nice presence as you drive through. The location of Parkland Estates also provides easy access to South Howard Ave and even Hyde Park Village.

Close enought to South Howard to enjoy the nightlife
Large sized lots

Situated between many busy streets
