"Neighborhood of eclectics"

The apartment buildings are build right into the hill on this beautiful, little street. The roads and narrow and windy and make you feel like your in the mountains, not Los Angeles. The nicest people you'll ever meet and well-kept homes and gardens. The occasional homeless do dig through the trash at night, though.
