"It's just so so"

This street isn't overwhelming bad or good. We have some people that are good hard working people, then we have some not so good people. It's a mix, the houses are in varying states of repair and disrepair. Most people purchased there homes on this street when prices were very low 10 or more years ago, though some newer owners are moving in and fixing up some of the houses. Having lived in many states, New York is my favorite, this particular city is small, and relatively free of "big city" problems. Though our city is growing and in transition and will soon be like our neighboring city across the river.
