"Relatively nice, suburban street in Miami in good school district"
This street is one that does not often get disturbed and is rather peaceful and free of crime. The overall environment is quite well cared for; the local government provides generous services in terms of landscaping and the overall sanitation. Real estate prices in the area are definitely pricey but this high demand is due to the excellent school district, with a high school ranked one of the top 100 in the nation. Although there are not many fine dining locations, the neighborhood has some quaint restaurants and is located very close to US1, where there is plentiful shopping and food. The local government of the Village of Palmetto Bay does a good job of providing public services. Traffic is not heavy in the neighborhood streets. The area is not very tight knit socially but in a city as big as Miami, that is very rare.
