Beautiful street that dead ends into Tampa Bay. This street has a variety of homes ranging from $300,000 to over $2 million Some are on the water and others are not. Incredible convenient to shopping, interstates, great restaurants, Tampa Bay, A-rated schools and MUCH more!

Melrose Ave. is technically in the Henderson Beach/Stoney Point area of highly desirable South Tampa.
