"The World' Fair & location"

I am including this street because of location! It is the subway exit for the "old" Shea Stadium, USTA Arthur Ashe Tennis Stadium, and Flushing Meadow Park, home of the 1961 & 64 World's Fair. The street is nice and wide with available parking. Pretty clean and well kept. Mostly residential. And with the park, there's trees and a good amount of green. I'd suggest this block for singles because of it's location.
