"safe residential street, but lots of airport noise"

Butler Street is a short residential street in northern Queens. It is a really nice middle class, old fashioned neighborhood. It is a safe area and the neighbors are really friendly. The only drawback is the noise. It is very close to LaGuardia Airport, which is one of the busiest airports in the US, so there is nearly constant air traffic noise. You get used to it somewhat, but the planes can be really noisy.
