"Nice Looking Homes and Apartment Buildings on Street"

I am giving this place a nice rating. I've been on this street, and must say a lot of the buildings look new. At least much of the long stretch of street does not appear to be dirty. The road could stand to be re-paved, as there are patches here and there, as well as pot holes. Otherwise not a bad place to live at. There is also a school on one block so you will find plenty of kids around.
