"Half Bad - Half good"

This street has a mixture of good parts and bad parts. When I say bad I mean dirty streets, and the buildings are old and dirty looking. But the good parts are really nice with a lot of greenery. I like this section simply because there is a lot of greenery around and the buildings do not look old or rundown.

"East 214th Street"

You won’t find much in the way of anything on this South Bronx street.I didn’t think that it was nice to look at and thought that because the streets around it were relatively convenient, that it would also house the same benefits, but I was sadly mistaken. This may not be the place for the NYC culture you were searching for, but there’s definitely a good vibe here.
