Best sports bar to watch the world cup this summer?

So I'm going to be in the city interning this summer and unfortunately I didn't scrimp enough to get cable. Instead of just watching some of the games on the internet, does anybody have any suggestion for great places to watch the World Cup? Preferably a place for fans of soccer year round and not just when team USA is in an international comp. It'd also be nice if the place had affordable food/drinks (as I said, not much money in interning...)
Any great suggestions?

I passed by a bar in Clinton Hill that was packed with soccer fans... I think they are doing something for the Cup, as well. I think it was on Vanderbilt...

Patrick Kavanagh's Pub @ 33rd street & 3rd Avenue is a good spot. They've been showing the football there for years & the crowd knows their stuff, good food & a good vibe

Dublins on Hudson, I hear, is a great place to watch soccer. And, there's another place on 3rd Ave, right by the Pourhouse, that soccer fan friends of mine always talk about. I can't remember the name but it's hard to miss.

The Hill (416 3rd Ave btwn 29th and 30th); great sports bar with 25 flat-screen TV's! Check us out at www.thehillny.com.

Also, if you're looking to save some money we are offering a FREE round of drinks for you and 10+ friends during any of the games.

NY Times made up this useful list: http://goal.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/06/11/where-to-watch-the-world-cup-in-new-york-city/

It seems like a lot of the bars in BK are all booked up for a lot of these games...and charging a pretty steep cover. Sheesh.

I'd rather go to a place that doesn't charge any kind of cover, even if you don't get free rounds of drinks or whatever. Since the free rounds of drinks are covered by your admission anyway.

Hey, I remember @uptowngirl saying that lots of stores have huge discounts on flat screen TVs after the super bowl because of all the people who only buy a TV to watch the game and then return it. I wonder if this isn't another opportune moment to get a great deal on a TV?

What are everybody's favorites for the World Cup? I've got so many foreign friends that it's hard to decide where to lay my sympathies around World Cup time.
