It really depends on what sort of shops you are after, but if you want great cheap fashion, Century21 is where it's at. http://www.c21stores.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/storeLocation.store/storeID/53245028-734a-41dd-b796-274834ed88be

Also for some eye catching things, Toys R Us in Times Square is cool.
