Hi Team,

I recently purchased a true 2 bedroom property in Midtown East (51st and 3rd). At some point I may go to business school or indeed back to my home country (the UK). I wondered what the rental management fees you charge on a property like this is? I expect it to rent out for c.$3,300 to $3,500 per month.
