Southwest Airlines to serve New York Airports

Southwest Airlines is the leading discount air carrier in the USA though until now the airline didn't serve airports in the NYC area but now thanks to recent mergers, Southwest which doesn't charge for checked bags like the other big American carriers and is universally adored by the traveling public is coming to NYC . Have you ever flown Southwest Airlines? Would its arrival in NYC make you move away from NYC's own low cost carrier Jet Blue?

That's cool - everyone is always telling me that Southwest sells the cheapest tickets. And they don't charge for checked bags! Do they have televisions for every passenger like Jet Blue?

@NeverSleeps no Southwest doesn't have personal entertainment on each seat like Jet Blue but I too have heard that they are really good and it will be nice to have more low cost options from NYC.
