"I had to give it a one star because there is nothing less. Actually a zero star."

Marshall Street is a heavy industrial street. There is not any reason for you to come here ever in your lifetime, unless of course you work at one of the plants here. If you did work here, it wouldn't be so bad because you would be right on the waterfront and close to everything you love about Brooklyn.
