NYC Beaches Loaded

This unusually warm weather has left everyone heading for the shore. The beaches were loaded with people. Some were playing hooky from work, while others just enjoyed a day at the beach.

I think people are going a bit too far. Next week, most of them will be sneezing and coughing.

Yuck. I hate beaches full of people. Not that NYC beaches are all that appealing to me anyway...

Haha. Quick weather changes always make one ill - it's so tempting to throw onesself into sunny weather, but in the long run it may do more harm than good.

@ajadedidealist I used to always get a cold whenever the weather changed - now that I work from home it doesn't happen as often. Or maybe it's all the time I spend in the sauna. Or all the vitamins I consume with my healthy diet :)

I always get sick when the weather changes too. The beaches in NY really are crappy. It's almost depressing going to them.

NYC beaches are exhausting more than anything else. Almost worth leaving the state to go sit on a beach, rather than brave the crowds an annoyance of staying in NY. If I had a Florida grandma, I'd be getting a lot of mileage out of her...
