"the morning and evening parking lot"

at some points twelve lanes of free parking. The 95 as it runs through miami is a terror at times. Now that they have added a commuter set of express lanes, it serves the northern Miami exits worse than ever before. I really don't think that there is anything that could be done to save the 95 other than adding a few lanes on top of it and calling it the I-95.1. There is also a ponding problem where the design around the hospital allow water to pool up in the lanes easily able to hydroplane vehicles. WWhen it is all said and done with its many flyovers and overpasses, this stretch of road is quickly becoming more and more inadequate.
