"Hidden gem in The Bronx"

Nice, clean and pretty green neighborhood. Ideal for families and professionals who look for a quiet neighborhood but don't want to move to the suburbs. You'll have more space for your money and will still living in New York. Diverse community, mostly Italians, Hispanics and Greeks. Not a good place for nightlife or entertaining beside the park, eating out it's ok (not as diverse as Astoria where I live now). Even if it's a long subway ride to Midtown, it's a reliable one. I lived there for two months and the only reason I moved was because I'm young and single, and was needing a more vibrant neighborhood with a lot of things to do and closer to Manhattan.
