"Off Campus dream...."

This is not too bad of a street. There is not much that goes on since it is a little off campus and thats the plus about this place is that there is not much distractions going on outside to keep you from keeping up with your studies.

"Great for students, okay for grad students, almost unpleasant for anything after"

As a graduate student I lived on Standart Street and it was exactly as you expect an off-campus residence would be like except its a bit quieter due to the fact theres only about 6-8 "houses" subdivided into several apartments. Also, because it is surrounded by parking lots to the south and west there isnt as much of pedestrian traffic outside of commuters parking and walking to campus.
