"Ugly and UnSafe"

Many people like going around the area of West 41st St, because this area is close to the Lincoln Tunnel and West 42nd St.

But what people don't realize is that besides a stretch of it being ugly looking, there have been 5 robberies, 4 felony assaults, 6 burglaries, and 30 grand larcenies in the area from July 2010 till recently. To me it is not a safe neighborhood to be in. There really isn't much going for it anyway.

Times Square has a better look to it.
Pros
  • Plenty of stores
Cons
  • Little too dirty in spots
  • Too many people at times
  • Unsafe place to be

"Right next to the famous 42nd Street and all the excitement of The City."

Excellent views of all the traditional downtown high rises. It is thrilling to drive in this area and also very slow because of the heavy traffic. Just one street over from the famous 42nd Street, so if you are driving around you may find yourself on this street a lot. It is close to the Lincoln Tunnel and not too far from Central Park. I can't even begin to list everything that is nearby, but you will not have any trouble finding what you need.
