"Parks and peace"

Situated between Riverside Park and Central Park West 89th Street is a paradise for those looking for a neighborhood that embodies a real spirit. I'm partial to the West Side and this is why. Cute cafes and apartments are the norm. Foot traffic remains somewhat light and the weekends are a perfect time to stroll down to the park for a lovely afternoon of relaxation.

"Very incredible neighborhood near Central Park West."

W. 89th Street runs from Central Park one way all the way to the river. Picturesque tree lined street made up with historic looking red brick homes and apartment buildings. There are excellent schools within walking distance and of course Central Park and Broadway for entertainment. What a life to be lived here.
